Excellent product! The inverter and battery arrived well packaged and everything worked exactly as described. The build quality is impressive, installation was straightforward, and the system runs smoothly and efficiently. The 300Ah battery provides excellent backup time, and the 12kW inverter easily handles heavy loads without any issues. Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Product is as advertised. Iāve only self checked the batteries for now as I building complete 8KW off grid system and not done yet.
Everything works as described. Easy, straight forward install. Would recommend longer cables for the rack battery.

AquĆ les quiero dejar mi humilde opiniĆ³n acerca de esta compaƱĆa, en los 34 aƱos q tengo nunca avĆa visto una eficiencia tan grande en cuanto un servicio de atenciĆ³n al cliente , les doy un 1000 de 10 , la clase calidad que tiene sus productos es incomparable , soy de cuba y llevo en esto unos 4 aƱos y desde q empece a comprar estos equipos me hablaron de la marca y todas las cosas que estĆ”n en mi casa en cuba son de esta marca , en la casa de mi suegra tambiĆ©n, de verdad lo digo esta gente si siguen asĆ son el primer lugar en el mundo
