I recently installed four Humsieng 48 V 150 Ah lithium batteries (configured as a 48 V, 600 Ah bank) to pair with my EG4 12000XP V2 inverter, and the performance has been outstanding. These batteries deliver stable voltage, strong discharge capability, and excellent runtime under real household loads.
Electrical Performance
• Nominal capacity: 150 Ah per battery (600 Ah total in parallel)
• Usable energy: ~28.8 kWh total at 48 V
• Voltage stability: Holds voltage extremely well under load, with minimal sag even during high‑demand events
• Charge acceptance: Smooth charging curve with predictable behavior when manually setting charge parameters on the EG4 inverter
• Peak discharge: Easily supports whole‑home loads through the 12000XP V2 without any instability

The battery was delivered with a faulty BMS.

The battery is good value the money. The capacity, cables, and form factor are all great. The Bluetooth app works well and I was able to communicate with EG4 6000XP (capacity and SOC) using the inverter's lithium battery setting 2.

I had two issues with my batteries. First the packing material were insufficient to protect the battery during shipping. The steel case appears to be a bit thin for the weight of the battery and a couple of corners had some damage and the front panel of one of my two batteries also had dimples in the steel from light damage.

Another issue I experienced with both batteries was related to low temperature discharge cut off. There are two low temperature cut off settings, one for charging and the other for discharging. The low temperature cut off for charging works correct, but the low temperature cut off for discharge does not. When the battery temperature falls below the charge cut off set point, the battery also also disables discharge (despite a lower discharge cutoff set point). This effectively means you can't discharge these batteries below freezing.

I was able to overcome the low temperature discharge cut off issue by building a small insulated enclosure and added some greenhouse heating pads to keep the batteries warm enough to charge and discharge.

Although there wasn't a firmware patch to fix the low temperature discharge cutoff, communication with Humsiemk customer service was pretty good. They were responsive and made a genuine effort to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

I was bit skeptical at first because I never heard of the brad before but I went ahead and ordered a 2 pack of the 320Ah batteries because they had a presale and got a good deal, unfortunately they were lost at delivery due to FedEx not following delivery instructions and after reading some of the reviews about lost packages from FedEx I think Humsienk should not use their services, UPS could be a better option, however, I did added shipping protection with my purchase. I contacted costumer service to let them know about the situation and Arrow was very responsive and arranged for a replacement package, I got them after few days and my first impression was how well packaged the batteries were, I did a quick test after a couple of days to check the state of charge and they both showed 13.19, 13.20 volts. Batteries seem well made and solid and so far they are working great. I give 5 stars to Arrow from costumer service and to the product quality.

I was glad it was there in case of accidents.

I purchased because of the price, weight, and favorable teardown reviews. The kwh-to-weight ratio is the best I have found among LFP batteries of similar capacity.

The battery was directly ordered from their website and was promptly shipped; it arrived with a 13.20v charge (standard for shipping). Included was an instruction manual and 4 quality lock-washer bolts.

I will install 2 pcs LiFePO4 in next 2 months in my 12m long boat. At this moment I have no experience with it.

Batteries arrived fast and on schedule. Capacity and technical specifications as listedon site. 4 in total mounted on my wall running my house at the moment.

So far the batteries have been holding up. My house has been off the grid for a few weeks now. I bought 2 batteries that are connected in parallel now. However, I noticed that the voltage vs state of charge doesn't match up for both batteries.
Explanation: Battery A is at 94% with a voltage of 53V and battery B is at 84% with a voltage of 53V. So the voltages of the batteries are normally close but the battery percentage is different. I am not sure if that will eventually cause any issues

Package could be better, now it had hole in side and small nick in side of battery. Only cosmetic but still... Battery seems to be like it should be, quality product.

I live in a small downtown city on a busy street and my apartment door is located on the side of the building down the driveway towards the back. It's a small 6 unit building with 2 units located out front and the stairs are just 2 feet from the sidewalk. Because of the issues with stolen packages and with the advice of FedEx, Amazon and all deliveries have special instructions saying specifically to deliver the packages down the driveway to unit E which is my unit and there's a porch and door to my unit. If the instructions are followed I have never had any problems because it's all fenced in and can't be seen from the road, plus I have several cameras. But due to the FedEx driver not following the deliveries instructions my $600 purchase was stolen and FedEx has been useless when they are 100% responsible for not following instructions. SO I DECIDED TO REACH OUT TO HUMSIEINK DIRECTLY AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THEM AND THEY RESPONDED SO QUICKLY I WAS SURPRISED AND AFTER SPEAKING ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AND AGAIN EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED AND NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT AND THEY ARE GOING TO BE SENDING ME OUT WHAT I ORDERED AND REPLACING THE STOLEN PACKAGE. I bought my smart battery to integrate into a multi use bank and I've been testing it forthe last 2 days.I'mveey happy with the charging and discharging performance and it works well with the off the shelf chargers and inverters I selected.

Works great so far. Hoping for a long life.

I just received four of the 320 amp hr. Humseink batteries today. All four of the batteries had an existing charge of 13.22 volts out of the shipping boxes. The batteries were well packaged, with adequate amounts of fitted foam on the top and bottom of the batteries and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. Each battery came with four of the #8 cable mounting bolts, (2-long, 2-short), and a user manual.

I was able to purchase the batteries with a $100 discount on each battery, so my out the door price with taxes was $320 per battery, delivered by Amazon.

It is too soon to give any type of assessment to the batteries functionality, short of they came with a good charge from the factory. I will be using the batteries this coming weekend and will know more then.

Let me start with the quality. This battery is well put together and the unit is strong, has clean wiring and is put in a heavy duty outdoor ready case. It has a responsive screen and the rated capacity is on point. Great price too.

Overall, I'm impressed with the build quality/value when compared with other server rack batteries. There are a few things that can be improved, but it integrates well with my other batteries. The raised screw heads on the terminals should be re-designed so that they are recessed, and can't be inadvertently contacted, potentially causing a short.

On my initial charge, the cell voltages differed by over 200mv at the top. I did a capacity test from the initial charge & got 100.365 ah, but I had it set to cut off at 44.5v, instead of letting the BMS take it out. On the subsequent charge, cell differential was over 250mv at the top. I let it sit overnight, so the active balancer had some time to work. Next morning I took the cells up to 3.6v+ with a bench power supply set at around .25a. All cells were within 6mv, which is impressive.

I've ditched the factory app for monitoring in favor of the TDT "BMS meta" app, which allows control of more of the battery parameters.

At this price point, it's a winner - just change those screw heads on the terminals!

Purchased recently. Came in reasonable amount of time. Well packaged. Working well so far. Can't say about the longevity, as of yet.
