Having problems with the battery. Cell 2 and 3 are out off balance by 1.5 volt and keep trying to balance without any effect. Power is intermittent and switches off every 5 seconds. Charging not possible. Send already 3 emails without getting an answer back. Not happy at all so far!
I love their products and have purchased a bunch of their batteries and the connection to the batteries is so simple with no tools needed. I have nothing but great things to say about this company because not only are their products so affordable and great quality, but for me the bigger thing is that they have amazing customer service and always responded to me promptly and after I explained what happened because my battery was unfortunately stolen because FedEx driver didn't follow the delivery instructions and when I contacted them about it they did nothing to help me out and I wasn't paying for something I never received. Once I emailed and explained everything they said that they were going to send me another battery at no additional cost, but they were on back order because every one is realizing they are the best. But because the back order they told me that they would send it out and gave me a time frame and I was so skeptical because it was weeks away, but a couple of days before the date they said they emailed me and this time I wanted a signature required for the delivery. They agreed and they kept their word and sent me another battery.
It was literally the easiest experience I have ever had dealing with a stolen package. Great company with amazing products that are affordable and quality.
I love their products and have multiple 12v batteries and I also have a 48v battery and the charger fills up over 10kWh of storage in no time at all.
The battery is performing superbly and is well integrated into my battery bank.

I want to start out by saying I really haven't had a chance to use this battery yet but as of right now it came shipped in good shape no damage I was able to charge the battery I was able to use it a little bit to make sure it functioned it did but when I get it into my camper and use it I'll be able to do a better review but as of right now everything seems great
